Who Is A Fit Life Champion

The Fit Life Champion program was specially designed for empowered, goal-driven and successful women who want to take on the world with boldness, strength and courage. They desire to show up as their best selves in life and know that they need to be FIT mentally, spiritually and physically to do so. If you struggle to find the time to get to gym and aren’t quite sure what to do to reach your goals once you get there, this program is for you!

Meet your Personal Trainer

Dave Glaser is your personal trainer and the only goal is to help you feel your best and reach your own personal goals. With a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and adult fitness paired with nationally accredited certifications, Dave’s extensive experience and knowledge back up his proven training methods. For over four years, Dave has been helping his clients reduce stress, increase energy and feel their best to live a healthy life on the go. This is done by setting specific goals, participating in consistent workouts and eating a healthy diet. Dave has personally discovered that working out consistently and preparing healthy meals doesn’t have to be overwhelming or difficult. After helping so many clients, he has come to realize that simple choices and changes lead to lasting results. That’s what the Fit Life Champions training program is all about.

For me, if my health and my body isn’t where it needs to be I can’t perform in the rest of my life. I can’t be a good mom, I can’t be a good business owner, I can’t be a good woman. I literally can’t function at my highest ability as a woman if I’m not feeling healthy and strong in my body.

There was a time where I wasn’t where I wanted to be physically and going to the gym was hard. I had no idea what I was doing when I went to the gym. But when I started training with Dave through Fit Life Champions, I became stronger, not just physically. The exercises he made me do also pushed me mentally. When I’m able to mentally push in the gym, it allows me to mentally push in life. Committing to my fitness goals with the help of Fit Life Champions really allows me to be the best me!
