Consolidate Steps– I begin with breakfast on Sunday morning!  While I make that first meal of the day, I also begin my meal prep for the week by making extra and portioning it out for three more breakfasts!

Bake menu items while you chop, sautee or grill– Using every available appliance in your kitchen simultaneously will save you time during the meal prep process.

Package meals in easy to grab containers– We are especially busy first thing in the morning.  Getting everyone out the door with everything they need for the day is a feat in and of itself.  By organizing our meal prep in “grab and go” containers, we can ensure the success of all of our hard work!
