If we are concious of the type of carbohydrate being consumed and what the result may , our choices become easier to make when they are normally the most challenging.
And along the way, my service to clients improved and that has quickly lead to so many more successful weight loss clients! Take my good friend Boyce who came to me in March of 2015 with one thing on his mind… to lose 50 pounds by his birthday in October! In that time frame, he met his goal with proper nutrition and consistent exercise.
