Mix coconut oil, cocoa powder and water. Heat together over medium high heat in a sauce pan until mixed well. Place off to side to cool.
Mix gluten free flour, baking soda, salt and ground oats.
Add pure pumpkin to chocolate mixture. Then add eggs, one at a time.
Combine chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes before placing in oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in an 8 inch pan.
