  1. Mix wet ingredients together. I put everything (potatoes baked but unmashed) into my food processor for quick easy mixing!
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Combine well and cook on griddle
  4. Top with drizzled agave and chopped pecans! ENJOY.
