Creating Foundation Yoga – Led by Kat- This is a great class for people who have never tried yoga, those who are looking to get back into a regular practice or anyone interested in exploring the foundations of yoga related to alignment, breath work and philosophy. If you’ve ever asked yourself where does yoga come from or why is it related to meditation, we will explore history and philosophies of yogic traditions and intertwine them throughout the classes.
