Not All Calories are Created Equal

Have you heard this before? Weight loss is simple. It's all about calories in versus calories out. While it is true that a caloric deficit will help you lose body fat and build lean muscle. You must remember that not all calories are created equal. For example, if I eat one meal today that consists of an entire pizza which equals around 2,000 calories.
