For the past five years, we have served the Denver community with workout and nutrition programs built to raise your self-confidence, decrease stress, and help you reach your goals safely.  We haven’t always had such a clear vision of who, what, and how we would serve our clients best…  But once we settled into our community and groove, we have really been able to make an impact!

We began our personal training business with a vision to serve as many people as we could through fitness.  After about a year and a half, Dave realized he needed to elevate the services for his members, and completed the Precision Nutrition L1 certification and developed #PrepWars, our online meal prep workshop built to save time and money by preparing your meals ahead of your busy week!

Another year and a half rolled by.  We added online personal training to our areas of expertise, and realized that we were passionate about training women 25-40 that wanted to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally in-person and online.  We became the go-to team for those women for the next couple years and we grew to serve clients in countries such as Korea, Australia, and Germany!

Early in 2017, Dave went through a difficult time.  His daughter Madison, then 14, spent some time in the hospital, the future became unknown, and nothing would quite be the same.  As a result, Dave felt different about the mission for his flourishing business in Denver, Co.  As if we weren’t doing enough to make an impact through fitness and nutrition.

We felt a tug in a new direction… a direction we hadn’t anticipated in the previous years serving our community.

We dug deep.  We listened to the community we serve.  We listened to our mentors, clients, and teammates.

And then we heard the message.  Loud and clear.  Here’s the message Dave feels so passionately about and best describes the future of Fit Life Champions.  To learn exactly how that message grew over the past five months, click here to hear his personal story.

“Leave a legacy in fitness, yoga, and nutrition by coaching women 25-40 that have a history of trauma that want to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.”

You’ll never have to do this alone.

Our core values go beyond beginning a strength program safely.  They are…

  1. Safety
  2. Education
  3. Community
  4. Transparency

While you begin a strength program safely at Fit Life Champions, you will also be educated on the program with proper form so that you can graduate to the next level or goal.  Our community knows that when it’s necessary, they have a safe place to be completely transparent with themselves, each other, and our team of qualified trainers.

You must be present.

Step #1: Make Time..

  1. To be your best self
  2. To become healthy
  3. To learn more about yourself
  4. To become a part of something great

Step #2: Let Go…

  1. Of yesterday
  2. Of last year
  3. Of the pain, hurt, discomfort, insecurity, etc.

One hour at a time.

Step #3: Find Your Tribe.

  1. They are like-minded women that are welcoming, compassionate, and have your back
  2. They have similar goals to you.  Maybe it’s a little weight loss, to get your life back, or simply just to get strong.
  3. They want to be a part of your journey.  No matter what stage you are in, they welcome you into a safe space.

To be exactly who you were meant to be.

Members of Fit Life Champions are all busy professionals and they can relate to you when it comes to juggling all that you have on your plate every day!  Between work, family, friends, and your passions, it’s hard to find the time to exercise and eat clean so that we can balance our lives.  The community is here to support you in your struggles, your victories, and in your journey.
